Abel is an experienced psychologist with a passion for amplifying the voices of children, people with disability, families, and marginalised communities. He has a special interest in working with neurodiverse people and those with co-occurring mental health conditions.
Louise Mazoletti
Behaviour Support Practitioner - Counsellor
Lou holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psych), Master of Criminology and Criminal Justice (Hons), Restrictive Practice Trainer (MAYBO), and is finalising a Master of Mental Health Practice. Lou has a person-centred approach and experience in trauma-informed practices. With a strong commitment to continuous learning, Lou integrates evidence-based strategies to support individuals' mental health and wellbeing.

Behaviour Support Practitioner - Social Worker
Delfina Serantes is an accomplished Behaviour Support Practitioner and Social Worker with over a decade of experience in community services, disability, aged care, and mental health. Passionate about fostering inclusive, client-centred support, Delfina excels at creating tailored Behaviour Support Plans designed to meet individual needs and reduce restrictive practices. She works collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to build sustainable capacity.

Kelly is dedicated to empowering individuals and their families, fostering independence, and improving daily functioning through tailored support and care strategies.

His work has consistently led to measurable reductions in challenging behaviours while promoting successful community integration.
